AutomaticPainting Spraying Machine

VENTILATION SYSTEM

1. Clean intake air is guaranteed by a filter set mounted on the   oscillating unit.
2. Another filter is located after the oscillating group letting the spraying   zone completely free from any mechanical part.
The forced airflow collects the over spray in the spraying cabin.

3.The over spray is collected by a set of double filters that detain the   paint particles.

STRUCTURE

It has a single steel frame which guarantees the perfect stability   and the absence of vibrations during the working process of the   oscillating group.

Two wide windows of the machine allows supervising the whole   spraying area.

GUN OSCILLATING GROUP

1.The gun oscillating group occurs through a central arm connected   totrolley that slide along pads with recirculating bearings with rails   on lateral guides the movement of which is realized by a timing belt   controlled by inverter.

2.That trolley moves one gun-holder arm located in the middle of the   spraying chamber.

3.The oscillating mechanism is separated from the spraying zone, with   the following advantages:
Absence of turbulence in the spraying zone during the oscillating   phase to obtain a perfect quality on the piece.

4.By not being in contact with the spraying zone to extend its life and   require little maintenance.

SPRAYING GROUP

It is possible to assemble up to 4 guns on the central oscillating arm. The gun unit is fixed with a quick disconnection device to allow replacing the gun unit

OPERATOR'S PANE

The machine is totally managed by the PLC-system, controlling the   following functions:
All the spraying parameters tooptimise the paint consumption.
 The working recipes.

The diagnostic functions.
